FUNDRAISING

Northboro/Southboro Pop Warner is currently conducting their annual fund drive. 'Performance Marketing' will be soliciting donations via phone over the next several months. If you have any questions please contact Russ Jones at RJones@jrthawks.com

HELP WANTED

The Pop Warner equipment sheds at Melican Middle School are in need of repair. We are looking for someone who can weld or otherwise repair the roofs of these sheds to prevent leaks. If you have the skills and would like to help, please contact the Board of Directors at: nsbod@jrthawks.com

BOARD MEETING

The next board meeting will be held on Monday, September 13th at 7pm at the Northboro Library in the meeting room. The library is located at 34 Main St, Northborough, MA 01532. Parking is in the rear. You must turn down Patty Ln to park in the rear. There are signs! All coaches (cheer and football) must attend board meetings.

Everyone is welcome to attend! If anyone has a specific item that they would like to be discussed, then it must be emailed to the secretary, Eric LeFebvre, at ELeFebvre@jrthawks.com at least 7 days in advance to get that item on the agenda. If Eric does not get the agenda item, it will not be discussed until the following board meeting.

FUN COMP MEETING

The next Fun Comp meeting will be held on Thursday, September 9th at 6:30 at Ruby Tuesdays in Westboro.

Registration for next season begins!

Child Pickup:
Parents, please plan on arriving 5 - 10 minutes before practice ends. Parents should collect their children at either the practice field or the tennis courts. A Coach or assistant coach must remain with the players until they are all accounted for.

Practice Policy
Practices are on even if it rains!
If there is thunder and lightning then practices will be canceled. A decision will be posted on the web site by 5 PM. If practice is on and the weather changes for the worst or is questionable, then parents should remain available and close by or arrange a carpool for child pick up. If you are uncomfortable with having your child participate due to questionable weather conditions, please talk to your coach.
