FOOTBALL AGES

Teams are determined by grade. Age cut-off date is 12/31

Grade	Age Range
K - 1st	5 to 6
2nd - 3rd	7 to 9
4th	8 to 10
5th	9 to 11
6th	10 to 12
7th	11 to 13
8th	12 to 14

CHEER AGES

Teams are determined by Divisional requirements of AYF. Age cut-off date is 7/31.

Tiney/Mitey Mite	5 to 8	Red Only
Division 10	8 to 10	Red Only
Division 12	10 to 12	Red & Blue
Division 13	11 to 12	Red & Blue
Division 15	13 to 15	Red & Blue

*Red and Blue division will determine the level of competition. Team competitive level to be determined.

REGISTRATION FEES		- Registration for both Football and Cheer is $150.00 - Early Registration runs through April 30th and is discounted $25 - Registration opens February 15 and closes June 30th - No refunds after July 24th - Scholarship assistance available based on financial need contact NSBOD@jrthawks.com for details
REQUIRED PAPERWORK		- Emergency Medical Treatment, Consent and Information Form - Birth Certificate (with raised seal) - Code of Conduct Form: from parent(s) and child(ren) - Full year report card - Medical Clearance Form - Waiver and Release of Liability Form - Image Release Form
REFUNDS		If your child withdraws prior to the start of the season from either football or cheer, Northboro/Southboro Youth Football and Cheer Association will provide a full refund minus the registration processing cost of $4.00. If your child withdraws after July 24th, refunds will not be issued. Request for refunds must be communicated to NSRegistrar@jrthawks.com and are subject to NSYFCA Board review.
