Child Pickup:
Parents, please plan on arriving 5 - 10 minutes before practice ends. Parents should collect their children at either the practice field or the tennis courts. A Coach or assistant coach must remain with the players until they are all accounted for.

Practice Policy
Practices are on even if it rains!
If there is thunder and lightning then practices will be canceled. A decision will be posted on the web site by 5 PM. If practice is on and the weather changes for the worst or is questionable, then parents should remain available and close by or arrange a carpool for child pick up. If you are uncomfortable with having your child participate due to questionable weather conditions, please talk to your coach.

Board Meetings
Everyone is welcome to attend!

If anyone has a specific item that they would like to be discussed, then it must be emailed to the secretary,
Eric LeFebvre, at ELeFebvre@jrthawks.com at least 7 days in advance to get that item on the agenda.
If Eric does not get the agenda item, it will not be discussed until the following board meeting.
