Registration

Registration for the 2025 season is LIVE!!!

Tackle Football (grades 4-8)

  • $250 Early Bird (February 15th-April 15th)
  • $300 General Registration (April 16th- June 30th)

Cheerleading (grades K-8) 

  • $250 Early Bird (February 15th-April 15th)
  • $300 General Registration (April 16th- June 30th)

Flex Flag Football (grades K-3)

  • $200 Early Bird (February 15th-April 15th)
  • $220 General Registration (April 16th- June 30th)

Registration scholarships are available upon request. Applicants must be submit an application and the necessary back up documentation to the  Registrar at nsregistrar@jrthawks.com  during the early registration period.

What does my payment go toward: 

Registration fees are used to cover expenses such as:

  • Equipment (practice equipment along with safety gear)
  • Coaching Certification & Trainings (tackle and cheer courses, CPR
  • Health &  Safety Equipment (AED's, ice packs, etc)
  • Space Rental (Melican Fields, Game Fields, gyms, storage)
  • Referee, EMT, Videographer compensation
  • Competition Fees (cheer competitions, flex bowls, playoffs)
  • League Socials (Family Pizza Party, Homecoming, End of Season Celebrations)
  • Trophies, Yearbook, and Awards

Refunds

If your child withdraws prior to the start of season, before the first practice, from either flex, football, or cheer Northboro/Southboro Youth Football and Cheer Association will provide a full refund minus any processing fees.  

Refunds will not be allowed once the season begins or if a parent does not turn in the necessary paperwork to certify their child.   The league will also not refund the optional insurance you may have purchased during checkout.  

Background checks cannot be refunded unless you are a registered volunteer.  If you registered to be a coach, team parent, coordinator, or bod member, please contact the BOD for a refund.

Requests for refunds must be communicated in writing to nsregistrar@jrthawks.com  and are subject to NSYFCA Board review. If your child withdraws after August 1st, refunds will not be issued.
