Flex Football is an exciting, limited-contact format designed for young athletes in grade K-3 to develop fundamental football skills in a safe, structured, and competitive environment. This program is ideal for players who want more than flag football but aren't quite ready for full-contact tackle football.
With an emphasis on skill development, teamwork, and game strategy, Flex Football helps prepare athletes for future tackle play while keeping safety a top priority.
